Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the Site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This Website is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption due to technical maintenance may however be decided by the Company, which will then endeavor to communicate to users before the dates and times of the intervention.

The Company strives to provide as accurate information as possible on the Site. However, it can not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by him or by the third party partners who provide him with this information.
All the information indicated on the Site is given for information only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Site is not exhaustive. They are given subject to modifications having been made since they were put online.

4- Contractual limitations on technical data

5- Intellectual property and counterfeits

The Site is the property of the Company, with the exception of the parts of the Site which are the property of third parties. Any copies, photocopies, or duplicates, in any form whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or modifications, without the prior written consent of the Company, are prohibited and may constitute acts of counterfeiting and an offense in accordance with provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code and all other national or international laws applicable to intellectual property rights.

The Company grants the Customer a right of use limited to access and use of the Site Services for his personal use, it is strictly prohibited to use the Site or its content for any commercial or non-commercial use foreign to the use of the Services or the legitimate information of the Client without the express, prior and written authorization of the Company, and as such in particular to download, reproduce, modify or even exploit all or part of the content of the Site: texts, comments, photographs, illustrations, logos, extracts, etc.

6- Management of personal data and GDPR

In France, personal data is notably protected by law n ° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n ° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

On the occasion of the use of the Site can be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the Site, the user’s access provider, the Internet protocol address (IP ) of the user.

Only the assumption of the redemption of the Company and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be held under the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of the Site .

The Site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

7- Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
